Charles Bandora, a genocide suspect who was last week extradited to Rwanda from Norway, is expected to make his first appearance in court tomorrow. Bandora will be appearing before the Nyarugenge Intermediate Court on the pre-trial detention, the Head of Genocide Fugitive Tracking Unit, Jean-Bosco Siboyintore confirmed.
